PUMPKIN BRUSCHETTA. Pumpkin ricotta, pepitas, proscuito & balsamic reduction on focaccia

HOUSE-MADE DRESSINGS- Lemon-Cherry | Creamy Gorgonzola | Creamy Basil | Red Wine Vinaigrette Mustard Balsamic 

TOMATO BASIL BISQUE

STELLA CAESAR.    Cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, parmesan, romaine lettuce & caesar dressing

CARROT HOUSE SALAD     Mixed greens, carrots & cherry tomatoes

CRANBERRY HOUSE SALAD    Mixed greens, dried cranberries & gorgonzola

All pastas served with parmesan cheese.  -  Substitute spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles for pasta 

MUSTARD SAUSAGE RIGATE – EXCLUSIVELY at COLFAX

house blend sausage tossed in a creamy mustard sauce over our rigate pasta, with fresh basil

SPAGHETTI VOLONESE – EXCLUSIVELY at COLFAX

A Vegetarian version of our classic Bolognese pasta made with herb roasted mushrooms, tomato sauce, over tomato spaghetti,topped with parmesan and basil – make it vegan with our spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles

MUSHROOM MARSALA – EXCLUSIVELY at COLFAX.  

Fettuccini tossed with a rich mushroom-marsala cream with parmesan, mascarpone, goat cheese, and thyme

TOMATO BASIL SPAGHETTI Tomato spaghetti tossed with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, basil & fresh tomatoes

SPAGHETTI ARRABBIATA   Tomato spaghetti tossed with spicy tomato sauce, smoked bacon, chipotle peppers, olive oil & garlic, finished with crispy pancetta

ARTICHOKE & BRIE FUSILLI House made black fusilli served with artichokes, spinach, brie & mascarpone in a lemon olive oil, topped with pine nuts 

SKIPZA  Our skipza is a pasta-less pasta! Seasonal vegetables, tossed with spaghetti squash, in a light aglio olio, finished with toasted almonds – also available with our classic spinach spaghetti

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE.  Italian sausage, beef & pork slowly simmered with plum tomatoes, sweet onions, carrots, celery & white wine 

CREAMY SAUSAGE RIGATE Stella’s signature herbed pork sausage tossed with beet regate in a rich tomato cream sauce

32nd ST. PASTA    Black tiger shrimp, toasted pecans & sundried cranberries, sautéed in spicy lemon olive oil with spinach spaghetti & goat cheese

TOMATO VODKA CREAM     House Italian sausage & baby spinach tossed with fettuccine in a creamy tomato vodka sauce

TRUFFLE ASPARAGUS SPAGHETTI Asparagus, arugula, toasted pine nuts, mushrooms & tossed with egg spaghetti in thyme butter & finished with white truffle oil
